1. Using PetVet360
Who can open an account, and the rules for using the website to find vets, book visits, shop and list pets.
2. Your account
Keeping your login details safe, and what happens when an account is closed or suspended.
3. Bookings and consultations
How appointments, home visits and video consultations are booked, rescheduled and cancelled, and the role of the clinic or vet who provides the care.
4. Orders, delivery and returns
How orders are placed with sellers, how delivery works, and when an item can be returned or refunded.
5. Prescription medicines
When a valid prescription is needed and how it is checked before a medicine is dispatched.
6. Marketplace, adoption and lost & found
The rules for listing a pet for sale or adoption, and for posting lost and found reports.
7. Payments and fees
The payment methods accepted, when you are charged, and any service fees.
8. Our responsibility
What PetVet360 is and is not responsible for as a platform that connects pet owners with independent clinics, vets and sellers.
